All CICC candidates will be required to read, agree to, and indicate complete understanding by signing the Code of Conduct and the Candidate Agreement prior to taking any CICC certification examination.
The purpose of the CICC Code of Conduct is to establish requirements for certification candidates to act in a responsible and ethical manner before, during, and after examination procedures and while working as a CICC certification holder. The Candidate Agreement outlines the responsibilities and obligations of both the CICC and the candidate. Further, it serves to make clear each party’s duties to one another and to the integrity of the certification program.
By signing these agreements, certification candidates agree to abide by the Code of Conduct, Candidate Agreement, and requirements identified in the certification program’s Candidate Information Brochure. These documents will be made available for candidates to review in advance of testing and candidates will be required to sign them prior to taking the written examination. Candidates who do not sign these agreements will not be allowed to take the certification test(s). There will be no exceptions made to this policy.
